Refund policy

TheShyKitsuCafe believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• • Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged.

  • A clear unboxing video (from the moment you open the sealed package) is required as proof.

  • The damaged product must be returned with valid tracking details.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • Once the return is approved and received, a refund will be processed within 3-5 days.

  • An item can only be returned within 14 days from the delivery of the order to the customer. Beyond this date, returns will not be accepted.
